Do you have any Youtubers you sometimes put 'on repeat' in the background while you work or create or browse, just for the almost ASMR-like pleasantness of their content?

I've replayed a lot of James Popsys's photography vids just for the calming vibes while I edit, and I know I'll love the backdrop if I glance over.

Jon Gadget is another.

I find Jon's EDC reviews, with his measured speech and very minor lisp, are incredibly calming. (Although it does result in me buying too many EDC gadgets...)

More recently, especially since launching her own channel, Becca Farsace has become a favourite.

Becca was already many people's fave presenter as The Verge's camera expert, but she left recently to strike out on her own adventure, and I'm loving it. On repeat!

Jonny Smith brings vibes too, and a bit like the Top Gear TV days of old, his car videos are entertaining even if you're not into cars.

But, where Clarkson & Co were entertaining for their bombastic exploits, Smith's Late Brake Show videos are addictive for his quiet energy, wholesome passion and subtle cheek.

Interestingly, Smith's channel is a combination of 'barn find' classic cars and future-focused EVs. It's a dichotomy I can get with.

The last on my list is Tamara Gabriel, another great tester of video gear with a warm and relaxed quality.

Tamara's focus is mostly on pocketable action cameras, and the level of focus and detail she offers is next-level useful to the average consumer looking to have a go at video.

And that's all I've got. Who would you add to my list? Let me know!
