Did you know doves are pigeons?

I looked it up. Both doves and pigeons belong to the same family of birds, Columbidae — and the terms "dove" and "pigeon" are often used interchangeably, because there is no significant difference between them. Harsh burn on doves there.

Being called a pigeon? That's what it sounds like when doves cry.

The crested pigeon is my fave, though, because they make a Nerf-like ​thrumming whistle when they fly away and that's awesome.
